It was an excellent stay and I think we had one of the best rooms as our deck was on the corner and had sunshine and it was an amazing view. The only complaint was the mattress was so soft it killed my back but I asked about a cot and it was delivered within the hour and I so appreciated that. Dinner at the pub in the hotel was also really good. Highly recommend.

The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful throughout our state. They made us feel welcome. The room was beautiful and spacious. Everything was up to date, although the rug was stained and needs replacing. The restaurant was the best option in town with attentive serving staff and good food.

Great staff, clean room, loved the balcony, loved the location. Downside was the evening noise from neighboring guests and cold draft from windows. The bathroom sink area was quite small for two people. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place,friendly staff. You cant find a better place to stay in Kaslo and area than this. The room was great and the staff made the stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Walking distance to everything youll want in town with a great view of the lake and mountains

The power was out for a few hours which made it challenging to eat as the hotel had no generator. Because of this we were not able to use the hot tub either. The location was perfect and beautiful and I wish we had more than one night at this location. We did a great hike along the river in the morning and it was just walking distance from the hotel.
