The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast they charge $12.00 and they had few selection to choose from. It was less food then a continental breakfast that other hotel offer for free..

Just Did the Job

Checked in my family into the hotel and noticed that the room was slightly dirty. There was stench of cigarette smoke in the bathroom along with a dirty rag in the shower and there was a stain on one of the beds. It wasn't bad, but it could've been better.

Extended Family

I TRULY enjoyed my extended stay at this location. I’m gonna miss the AWESOME front desk staff, especially Magaly, Blake, & Shevel. I feel like they became a part of my extended family! The customer service was AMAZING, all the way down to friendly & helpful ladies & gentleman doing housekeeping. I will definitely be back, when I come back in the area!

Questionable but clean

From the moment I called to check information on this property I knew the stay was going to be negative. The lady that picked up the phone immediately put me on hold for several minutes when I called back she answered my call and told whomever she was talking to “ugh I’ll call you back” to answer my question. Check in was fine but were some questionable characters in the lobby area. Elevator is extremely sketchy. I was terrified to ride it and unfortunately could not take the stairs (which I shouldn’t have to) also sprained my finger and bruises a knuckle pressing the 3rd floor button. The second evening we came down to get something out of the car and the lobby was filled with the skunk smell of marijuana. Which also filled the elevator the next morning when we were leaving. The sofa bed did not have any extra bedding and I didn’t feel comfortable and safe to go back to the lobby for help so I just slept with a sheet. Overall I felt the property was updated except for the elevator and an accessible location however I didn’t feel safe to return with my family to come back here.

I didn't like that they wanted to charge $15 for two for breakfast (continental). When I booked the room the site said that one of the ameneties was a free breakfast. The site has changed now and it only says "breakfast available".

While there we were locked out of our room several times, we had to keep going to the front desk to have it activated again so we can get back into the room. The sink n the bathroom took a while for water to come out and when it did it was dirty I had to let it run for a bit before it became clean again.
