The hotel mostly smelled like weed during our stay. It was extremely noisy and difficult to rest. The bartender only worked 2 days during our stay. The pool looked like a Louisiana swamp.

The front staff is amazing, especially Tanner. He went above and beyond, always smiling, great customer service. The room was very spacious, very clean and modern! It is quiet, which I enjoy since I had to work. Overall a 10!!!

Made a reservation but when i arrived they did not have the room i reserved so had to settle for a different room. Waited a long time to check in because they only had 1 person working. Breakfast was a joke compared to other places i have stayed in Houston. Overall just a bad experience will not stay here again.

The staff and the housekeeping staff, especially are great! Our stay was generally very good, although we found several items, although small, are important, in our rooms that need better attention to detail like the shower curtain rod was coming off the wall, the coffee maker (keurig style) did not operate properly.

Probably was not that bad; check-in was extremely simple and there was ample parking. I think It’s a new upcoming construction site so that’s why there’s a lot of noise but overall I didn’t have a bad time here the property was pretty nice and staff was friendly.

We stayed at this property for the pool & hot tub. No where did it say when we booked the pool was closed, but hot tub worked. We was here for a girls night for out kids. They was only able to use the hottub. They was bummed. I wished they would have put it on the site somewhere sayi g the pool was out. I would have been able to makenother arrangements. I was not told till we was cheked in & paided in full.
