Staff was very friendly, room was very clean. The power went of at 3:00 AM due to bad storms and we’re still out when I checked out at 9:00 AM so I can’t rate the breakfast. Everything Else was excellent

Actually I didn't stay at this property because of the conditions. While standing in line to check-in, I noticed the lobby was hot, humid and a bit stuffy as the air conditioning had gone out earlier due to a rain storm that had passed through. But then another "Guest" asked the guy working the front desk about the elevators and and when I heard him tell that man, they weren't working either, I made up my mind right then, that I could not stay at this hotel for these reasons alone. Cause "heat rises" and I refuse to pay money to stay in such a place knowing with these conditions. Fortunately they share a parking lot with another hotel, a Hilton property so I was able to leave out of the Comfort Inn & Suites, which did not live up to its name at that time, because I was anything but "comfortable". So since their hotel that I'd reserved in advance, I took a chance and walked across the parking lot and into a Hilton property, in hopes to get a room at the last minute. So I asked the guy at the desk to cancel my reservation and he said that I'd need to contact Travelocity about my pymt plan option I'd chose for "my 1 night/turnaround trip."

The first night the power went out in the middle of the night. The room got warm and no air circulation so i was unable to sleep. Since there was no power there was also no breakfast. Not to mention the food I had bought and put in the fridge which didnt seal properly that went bad. Without power the little bit of cold went right out. Left to get breakfast and stayed gone til about 4pm. When we returned there was finally power. After dinner, swimming and a shower we laid down to watch a movie but couldnt because the internet kept going in and out. Just an overall bad experience. Even after all that there was no offer of any type of refund or compensation. Was looking for a place for my visits to see my granddaughter but this will not be it.
