It’s in Katy Mills parking lot by the mall. Have to pay for breakfast and their little mini store is way too expensive.

Fair hotel. Better if pool/hot tub were open

Room was nice. Small fridge in room. The ac worked great. The beds were a bit "boxy" Biggest problem is i specifically chose this hotel for the hot tub. Got there and it was not working. Representative said the pool was open, but when we went it had an out of order sign on it. The room itself was huge though!

Overall, the location was good for where I needed to be for my stay, good options for shopping and restaurants if you have a car. Room was a good size and was comfortable but had one of the loudest air conditioners I recall in a hotel room, going on and off all night. I did appreciate the fitness room too, but restocking cups for water didn’t happen.

We booked a king suite for our bridal party to get ready in and with 9 of us and the hair and makeup artists, we srill had plenty of room. The barhroom was huge as well! I live in the area so Katy Mills felt safe, it was quiet and parking was easy. I have one personal negative, allowing guests to smoke on the bench outside of the front entry door was not welcoming, its a non smoking property but it wasn't enforced. Also, a strong smell of weed was present in the hallway, come to find out a couple was smoking near the pool outside and I assume the AC brought it in, unpleasant for me as a non smoker or weed user. Overall a 5 star stay!!

Room 133 had an extremely loud a/c problem. The next morning we asked for a room change and we’re notified by phone that room 405 would be ready for our second night. Staff was very pleasant and hotel was spotless
