The front desk worker sierra was amazing, the check in was super easy, she let us swim a little after the pool closed since we were driving in from Cali &’ overall my family &’ I enjoyed our stay/experience here. Would 10/10 recommend!!!

Ok in general hotel is fine like media but we have a breakfast and our food was horrible no cooking and me and my wife have food poisoning until today is 4 days after, that’s happen on Friday 8/2 Courtyard Katy mills and we ask for some paper for bathroom never come. No good experience!!!

This property was very nice and classy. Loved the oversized room with two beds (pullout in living room) and two TVs and wet bar 🍸 And the ambience of the pool area and hot tub with fire pit was serene. Having access to hot breakfast in the morning and drink available at the bar in the evening was a bonus.

The staff was very accommodating even with an extremely late arrival. The facility itself was very well maintained and clean in all guest areas. The pool/hot tub area was clean and family friendly
