I just had a quick overnight stay for work. Not a scenic location but close to tons of food options, easy parking a suprisingly large room.

We stayed one night. It had a dirty shower head and a dirty wash towel in the shower curtain. The restroom door had a punched hole. We won’t be back.

Was not pleased with stay at all. First room I was assigned to had dirty linen and towels, and curtains to room did not close. Moved to another room, a little cleaner but towels were very dingy, linen had what looked like makeup stains on them and there were holes in the curtains as well as the comforter on the bed. Language barrier between front desk staff and myself.

The custodial staff were extremely helpful and provided extra towels and coffee for us as needed. They didn't speak much English but understood us by actions and we were super thankful for them! There was a lot that could be improved in the hotel such as realistic pictures of what we were going to get when we got there. Although the people were kind, the rooms that we stayed in over a period of 5 nights were a bit worn and rundown. We arrived and the first room was 'clean' per say but it had stains on the walls and the carpet was worn. The television was not working so the night manager attempted to help but wasn't able to fix the television nor move us to another room until the next day. The next morning, we changed rooms and the room still had stains on the walls and worn out carpet and the couch was pushed all the way so uncomfy. No pride was taken in given us a room that was better than the first. We concluded our last 4 nights in that room and as we said it was nothing to be impressed about, if you plan on just sleeping and showering, you should be fine if you are not looking for fancy but if you are looking at the Expedia pictures (like I did) and think that is what you are really getting, think again, We stay in room 120 and 117 I believe and they were both old and need remodeling. We saw the room beside us this morning, upon checking out and that room was highly remodeled and probably the pictures you see in the pictures provided on this website.

The sofa was so uncomfortable to sleep, on the website they offer a bed and “sofa bed” my brother stayed there and literally he can’t sleep, it was a regular, dirty and old sofa. The staff on the desk said every room has the same stuff. Worst experience, we drove from another country and we can’t take a nap
