The first night we checked in at 10:00pm. I booked 2 queen bed room , assistant manager Vanessa gave me 1 king bed room with a pull out sofa bed. She said no more 2 queen beds room. And promised me to change room for me another day ( we would stay 5 nights )
The second day morning , I asked the front desk Johnny , he guaranteed we can change back to 2 queen beds room even we come back after 3:00 pm ( I told him we couldn’t wait there whole day just to make sure we can change back to 2 queen beds room )
We came back at 5:30 , it’s another front desk assistant , she told me cannot help me change the room !!!!
We were so disappointed, dissatisfied that we said we need to complain to Marriott cooperate , then they Immediately said they can give me back the 2 queens bed room
Unfortunately, at 11:30 pm. The room next to us , the music was super loud , by the way, the phone in the room were not working at all, everytime , whatever I need, I need to go down to the front desk to require, I need to go down and complain , the first time , I guess they tried to call the person in the room, but nobody picked up the phone. Then they didn’t follow up
At 1:00 am midnight , I needed to go back down again , they said they tried to call but nobody picked up the phone , then I said I need to call the police , cos hotel staff called and they can’t go inside that person room and Check
Then they helped me change the room immediately
So within 2 days. I changed rooms for 3 times
