Hotels.com blew it!
Because of our dogs we requested a ground floor room both through Hotels.com and the hotel directly! The hotel told us that Hotels.com didnt make them aware of this and put us on a higher floor! We were very disappointed!

The staff was good. They are currently remodeling so the place was a bit torn up. It was quiet except for some contraption they had running in the room, I thought it was an air conditioner, however it was a dehumidifier. The toilet had some kind of funk on it. I cleaned the night stand as there was something spilled all over it.

They are under renovation of the property. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was nice. The orange was watered down so I could not drink it but other than it was fine. Easy location. Right off the interstate and quiet.

Ended up staying next door at the Comfort Inn because construction at the Hampton had the entire first floor closed, very little parking, and had early voting in lobby. They should be required to post that kind of stuff on your site to warn guests. Would not book there again
