We booked our room through Expedia I had paid for it in advance. We had NO AIR CONDITIONING at all in our room, no fan, nothing! It was 78 and miserable. At 1:20 AM we called the front desk and they sent someone right away. He couldn’t fix it and they had no other rooms. I contacted Expedia to ask for a refund. They contacted the hotel. The hotel said no, not even an offer for a voucher for another stay. And, even though I paid through Expedia and I’m sure they got a cut of the money I paid, they said that they couldn’t offer me a refund either. Then what is the point of using Expedia? I will never use them or this hotel again!
