We got to our room and weren't in there more than 5 minutes before it started to hurt to breathe due to the smell of mold, after smelling mildew in the hall of the 4th floor. We searched the room and couldn't find the source. They had one other room on the 2cd floor that supposedly had just been deep cleaned. The 2cd floor smelled of mold in the hall and the room smelled like wet animals and urine. We ended up checking out and found another place to stay. The hotel did give me a full refund which we appreciate, but my chest still hurts 2 days later. After reviewing previous reviews, it appears that this has been a long time issue, at least over a year.

Nice, but a few things could be better.

There was very minimal lighting in the room. Any bulbs were very low light. For someone that likes to read in the evening, it was very disappointing. Also, our room smelled of urine (yes, it was a "pet" room but it still should not smell like that). Also, our room phone had no cords attached to it, rendering it useless.

Hallways smelled sour like mildew…. Breakfast had scraps everything was picked through the room did not get cleaned until last day of checking out, which makes no sense had only two channels. Find a better room else where do your research before you book here !!!!!!!!

I decided to check in online so when we got there it would be a fast process. The woman working just asked for a name, told me the room number and walked away. Great start. When we got to our room, we noticed a couple of water bottles on the table. Then we noticed fast food boxes on the microwave, used coffee cups, used travel shampoo in the tub, the hair dryer was on the counter, a used soap bar by the sink, dirty floors, hair with hair ties in the drawers, an ice bucket with leftover water in it, and the AC was leaking to the floor.

I stayed here 3 times and this was the first time taking double queen room. I didn’t like it. Wasn’t clean enough, didn’t have shower towels only the small one. The worst part is next day they didn’t do room service. Not cleaning and no new towels. We had to ask for them later. I won’t take the queen or second floor again. The king room was much better in 4th floor.
