Would book again, for sure!

Great stay, very clean. Breakfast area was clean, fresh food and make your own fresh waffles. Vanessa at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Across the street from the mall and walking distance to eateries.

Had to change reservation last minute had no issue with being charged first night as it was after check in ( literally 5 min after) that we had to seek a stay little further away. Lady working desk said would check us out but hotel refused and keep us checked in for full stay to not have to issue refund. Greedy selfish facility that will never receive my business again. Even after our booking agent called and tried to explain the situation they refused to issue a refund, exclaiming that it was their right to keep all the money.

Nice room with so so breakfast

One night stay to ensure kiddo attending nearby event the next morning with full energy. Nice property, good service. Breakfast was meh. My son didn’t eat anything and had no time to go buy breakfast. So he was hungry the whole morning.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this property. It is consistently clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is typically really good, but this visit seemed to be a lot of reheated items vs. fresh cooked. The walls are fairly thin and wall noise can be a nuisance. The shower was really nice, good water pressure and temperature as well as spacious. The super king room had a nice sitting area and a really nice desk with lots of outlets.

Fumes of lysol over whelmed

The place was over Lysol and still was dirty trash in the elevators wet floor signs everywhere when the floors weren't wet. Just to unaware to pick up the signs. I understand that it is a pet friendly hotel but I had a difficult time sleeping with the fumes of cleaning product. Our remote for the TV did not work. I had to go down to the front desk because our phone was not connected also, to request a new remote they gave us batteries however the batteries didn't make a difference in the remote. So we were without TV for the evening because there was no maintenance person available. Next morning I went and asked to make note on my reservation about the two issues. They ended up giving me a different remote that worked why could they not have done that the night before?
