Checkin was frustrating. The front desk person did not write the room number on my key packet. The floors were sticky. The room smelled like dirty mop water. The door to the refrigerator cabinet was broken and hard to open.

I honestly was conflicted when booking this… but glad I did… the kids enjoyed our stay… the breakfast was great… only complaint was there was a block on every channel but once I got the code we watched everything….

Great stay!
We got in kind of late that night and the two people at the desk were fantastic. They were friendly and welcoming and got us checked in quickly. We have a king bedroom which was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of items and was well stocked. I will absolutely stay here again.

First room could not open closet door. Tried calling front desk , busy. Went down to advise front desk if situation and clerk was sitting on couch on her phone. Moved to another room, sheets didn’t look fresh, entire complex smelled like sewage and Clorox. Thank God we were only there 1 night. Beds very uncomfortable
