I had an amazing stay at this property, it was very clean very safe, the room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was included…. And the area around was full of shopping in different places to dine… overall I give it a nine out of 10 definitely will recommend this place and I definitely will be staying there again very soon

I didn’t know there was separate versions of this hotel. In door and outdoor . Hotel and motel. The pool area needs a bit work. The room I was placed in the walls need cleaning.

The breakfast lacked meats. The hotel guests wer very loud, we were not able to sleep. The room çarpet was very dirty and there were roaches.

My boyfriend & I stayed in this hotel because it was close to the hospital in preparation for a surgery. The entire hotel smelled of old water like it recently flooded. The room looked nothing like the photo with water damage on the ceiling & paint chipped walls. We were on the third floor. There was a roach on top of the mirror upon entering the room. It was not the standard Texas water bug roach. It was the small dirty roach kind with an egg sticking out the back of it. We were scared to place our belongings on the dresser in fear of a roach climbing into our stuff. The staff moved us to the other building since both Palacio properties were in the same location, signature & boutique. They were very accommodating, no issues. The second building, boutique- smelled the same but at least we got a king size bed. The previous location, signature- we had two queen size beds & placed our things on the other bed. We checked in at 1am 07/16/25 to signature & checked out at 11am 7/18/25 from boutique. We told ourselves next time we’re in a crunch, we will pay a bit more to stay at the Sheraton down the street. You pay for what you get. It was under $60 a night.

Bare Minimum

My stay was MEH. This was the first hotel I've ever visited that didn't offer traditional housekeeping. My main issue with this location was the fact that I requested a first floor room (I've got osteoarthritis in both knees). I received no reason on why I didn't get the 1st floor room. There was barely any interaction with the staff. It was okay for sleeping & watching television.
