The facility was the definition of Zen! Staff was friendly and attentive. The facility was minimalistic but beautiful! Welcome tea host and bartender DAVID, made our stay that much more memorable. If you decide to stay here, I highly recommend you visit the 8th floor in the evening for some libations ...

Shimoda Tokyu Hotel
The breakfast buffet was so good and the view from the garden can't be beat. The hotel is a bit outdated but there were good upgrades like fast wifi, newer toilets, and smart tvs.

Numazu Riverside Hotel
Very nice hotel, the rooms could be a bit nicer. I'd be weary staying here in the very hot months because the room didn't cool down much with the fan. Overall good spot.
