Accent inn Kelowna is a wonderful place. Tani at the front desk goes over and above with hospitality very welcoming and friendly. The cleanliness, pool, breakfast at Ricki’s free every morning. In a suite we love the closet. The 2 ac’s and two tv’s. One for the bedroom, one for the living room. Overall I Love Accent Inn. Tani needs a raise!!!

Great staff. Smooth check-in and check-out. Rooms were clean but the beds were a bit small (I didn't measure it but almost sure they are double, not queen). My sin was so happy to find the ducks. Thanks for that! The breakfast was very disappointing (a voucher at the restaurant next door with only 2 options (french toast or pancakes). If you don't want it, you can get $10 off the restaurant menu with the voucher. We tried that but the restaurant they're partnering with is very disappointing and below average). Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The bed mattress was not supportive enough for my back. The lighting was too dim in the washroom and sink area. Otherwise, the room was immaculate and spacious, and the staff were incredible

Hi, This hotel is great, conveniently located, close to everything, clean, and staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Now, the beds LOVE them, but the PiLLOWS, are just amazing. Can’t leave without the ducks, we love the ducks! Different duck every time. We will be back!
