They didn’t have the room I did book and they tried to accommodate me in different room which is not what we wanted and finally the resolved issue and we did have to agree for that , Breakfast less than average hotel and was too busy and didn’t worth the extra.

Excellent Stay

This is my return stay at Best Western. Everything is good. Staff are nice and agreeable to requests and easy going to help. Breakfast was great-fresh and tasty. Quiet and clean. Will come back again.

Overall it was good but certain things need to be addressed . I reported a mini fridge was not cleaned. There was some old stuff sitting in the fridge when I opened it. I took a picture and showed it to front desk and their response was not enough. I spent two nights and couldn’t use that fridge. At checkout I asked about any discount because of inconvenience they said they can’t do it.
