We often stay here. It has very comfortable beds and a great outdoor pool. The staff is always great and helpful. I was surprised this time to find our room wasn’t well cleaned. But a quick run r of the bath tub and a wipe of the table top and it was fine. Just surprised me since we have not had an issue on the past.

We loved our stay at the Coast Capri. There seemed to be some sort of issue at their end upon checkin. The front desk staff quickly rectified it and offered us a triple upgrade! Everyone we encountered during our stay were so friendly and helpful. The room had a very comfortable bed and pillows. Although we didnt have time to use it, it had an awesome pool! We would definitely stay again!

One of the few hotels that upgraded me to a bigger room and gave me 20$ certificate at the hotel restaurant (which almost paid for my breakfast that is not included) due to my gold status. Rooms are very nice and clean (no microwave nor washer and dryer for guests). I was satisfied.

Rooms are spacious, bright and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful and nice to have a Starbucks in the lobby. Hotel restaurant is attentive with bar-like food so when I did not feel like going out, it was a welcomed venue. I would stay there again.

Liked that the pool was heated. It does get a bit noisy if there are kids in the pool or running down the hall but that's not really the hotel's fault. The AC was a tad loud and I had a headache, perhaps from the cleaning products or beddings but I'm also quite sensitive to smells. Overall, it was very nice and had a lot around. There was free parking and it was easy to drive around.

This is the 3rd time we stayed at Coast Capri, 1 on family leisure and 2 for work related. This hotel is a convenient location for us.
