Thank you to the staff for making my birthday memorable. We got upgraded to a pool view room and a slice of delicious cake was left in our fridge - the staff called before entering our room to make sure it was okay. Bed and pillows were comfy and TV was big, the balcony was a nice size and of course you could see the pool. Thanks again! Would recommend!

Great place to stay for a short vacation. Place is quiet and has very friendly staff members. Helped us get our clothes back on top of the lobby roof after the wind blew it on the balcony. Very accommodating and has fast services. Checking in and out is very easy too no complications.

The hotel is generally good. Nice and clean room. Very convenient location, just in a shopping mall and surrounded by several restaurants. But just one question, I chose the room beside the central swimming pool, and it has a walkway to the pool but the little fence door was locked, so that I had go around to enter the pool which’s a bit annoying.

Restaurant was the only section I wasn’t crazy about. Had to wait over 20 minutes for a table one morning even though the restaurant was completely empty. Rooms were decent though but it smelled like someone smoked in it before we got there for sure. (Smell went away over our visit. Overall a good experience though, housekeeping, front desk and manager were all very nice and accommodating!

Average property, nothing special. I stayed there for the first time. Very noisy, pool limited access and very tiny, property need upgrades (bathroom); bed and room were comfortable. Would not recommend for family and friends. Perhaps for business trip.

We loved our stay in Capri coast Hotel. The day we checked in they were not happy with our room for the the amount we paid, it was dirty and very conjusted with two queens i there. I talked to expedia and agent suggested .me to talk to the front desk, I called them same night and next morning i went to the desk i didn't even need to explain anything the staff from the previous shift already talked to the manager and she politely apologized for our bad experience and she updated our room to premium queens with pool view . My kids enjoyed the outdoor heated pool, breakfast was amazing, Service was wonderful. On the weekend there can be wait for ths breakfast seating, but not too bad. And we loved stabucks in house.Overall we very good experience,definitely will go back.

Bathrooms in rooms were yucky along baseboards and walls, behind door, service in the breakfast area were slow and the lady was rude. No hottub, outdoor pool only....seems pricey for lack of amenities....

I was disappointed with my stay this time. Service in restaurant was poor. My bathroom was dated, no washcloths, shower didn’t work well, sink was size of a dish plate. My room was right above the pool and got pretty loud a lot later than I thought was appropriate.
