the room is cleaner than any other similar size, price of hotels in kelowna. i visit kelowna every year and stayed many different hotels paying aroun 200-400 per night. this hotel is one of best

The pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable but the staff were responsive and provided us with a mattress cover and extra blankets and pillows, which made it tolerable. The breakfast was average. More fruit variety would’ve been nice.

The hotel was very nice and felt safe. But the tub drain was clogged and would not drain fast at all. Would stay again though. Oh yes they had a hot tub and waterslide. That was so great for he kids!

Room was nice, we were able to check in a little bit early which was great. The room was cleanish, bathroom was missing soap of any kind, none to wash hands with only lotion on the wall and shampoo and conditioner in shower. Shower needs agood scrub as there was pink mold soa i made boys wear sandals to shower.when leaving room notices blood stains on bottom of duvet which grossed me out so im glad i didn't notice until leaving. Good location but I paid over 400 as I had to switch days around and there was an upcharge of over 100 dollars. I was grateful for them accommodating us but for Close to $450 for 1 night not worth it

Pull out hide a bed couch for a bed was beyond brutal. Springs everywhere you tried to lay. I get they'll never be as good as a bed....but 300 plus dollars, provide a foam filler to at least put over top to help. I'd stay here again but not in a room where a hide a bed couch is involved.

The staff are friendly and amazing. Rooms are spacious and the bed was the best ever! Only drawback was one of the towels looks like it had mascara on it from a previous guest (i’m assuming it didn’t come out in the wash) and the shower leaked quite a bit onto the bathroom floor.
