The staff at this hotel were absolutely exceptional. I travel for business regularly and stay at many different hotels across Canada and the US. On this trip I was with my family of four. From the associates at the check in desk, to the workers we engaged with in the halls and elevators, to the wait staff at the restaurant, this service and genuine friendliness is unlike any hotel or resort I've stayed at in many years. The management and staff at this location deserve special recognition because they are truly an exceptionally engaged and friendly group of people. I can't say enough about our experience at this beautiful hotel and it's mostly attributable to this amazing group of people. Well done and thank you!

Need to paid 36$ extra for their parking (thats ridiculous) also they say Spa But temperature is warm borderline cold and its not an actual spa just a pool definetly over charge for what they actually offer, also if you bring a dog its 100$ and every other hotel i’ve been was around 40$ extra, the only thing nice was the rooms and bed thats about it
