Went for my Wife’s 40th birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel special with a complimentary bottle of wine, pastries, and a card. Very clean, excellent food, friendly staff. Would rebook.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant Oak +Cru. The staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities such as the pool, daily complimentary wine tasting and location with spectacular views made this one of my favourite hotels ever.

Room wasn’t ready and check in was slow. This was ok. Worst part was the lumpy pillows in the room. This is unacceptable and shameful for the hotel to think this type of pillow is ok for a hotel in this category.

On the waterfront (lake). There was a small beach and lovely walkway with the mountains in the background. We were lucky to see a free concert in the park close by. A couple of local bands played covers and some of their own songs. Fun to dance. Food options for high end and quality were within walking distance. Our favorite was the “Gathering “ a fusion of Korean & Italian. The “Waterfront” (duck & pork dishes) and the filet mignon at “Erica Jane” were also very good. We visited a few wineries and liked the “elevated wines” at the Black Swift winery. We had a lovely lunch at the Mission Hills winery and the views were spectacular!

Staff were incredible- when everyone arrived at the restaurant in a short span of time they were organized, efficient and even brought bottles of water to those waiting. Check out staff were quick and front desk assisted when they saw a line. Everyone was incredibly polite and interested in making the experience exceptional. Food was also amazing!! Hotel was clean and modern-one of the nicest hotels we’ve been to-thank you!
