Your front desk staff at check in were abrupt and somewhat rude with my wife. They were complaining about how busy you were and taking out their frustration with guests. As well, we felt your breakfast service was not up to the standards that the other Fairfield’s we normally stay at and lacked much. Safe to say, we will not choose this Fairfield in Kelowna again.

This is not the room I booked online. The bed and pillows were terrible. Bed sagging and pillows overused. The hotel was noisy at late hours. The room we were given was for wheelchair so missing a chair and table other room to accommodate if you were in. Wheelchair. Bathroom shower curtain had black makeup all over it. The shower head needs to be replaced as only half of the water that it’s designed to distribute came out. The water that did come out shot straight at the wall. Very disappointed. For an extra 30 dollars I could have stayed at the delta and next time I will. My only positive was staff was very friendly.

The property next door is under construction all night with big equipment, backup beepers and music. You would think when they have a 5 night stay they would put you on the quiet side of the building! We have stayed many times and it is usually good.

The day of my check out the housekeeper knocked on my door 3 times at 8am and tried to opened my door. Said out loud the room was busy and she still tried to opened the door. I was deeply sleeping after a 10hrs flight and I had to wake up and come to the door to ask what was going on and she said she had in her notes that I had checked out. I told her that I actually request a late checked out. I was so upset. Then at 12:30pm (when the late check out time was) she came knock on my door again and the phone ringing. I’m as already about to leave the room but it was very annoying giving the fact that she woke me up when I was asleep and with jet lag. The worse part is that I came to the lobby to let them know what happened and I mentioned that she came to wake me up at 7:30am and the lady said, 7:30am or 8am because it is when they do it. And I said “what it matters if it is 7:30 or 8am, check out is at 11am and I request a late check out at 12:30pm. Even if it would be 10am. Nobody were supposed to try opened my door or knock like crazy before that time” Very poor customer solve problem skills and I obviously left very unhappy. The shower was very old too and rusty and the water either came out very cold or hot.
