Great hotel to be near YLW.

We stayed at this hotel before and after skiing at nearby mountains. We love its proximity to the airport. This time we were assigned a suite on their new wing. Very nicely furnished. Kitchenette with large service counter. Lots of seatings. Very comfortable stay.

This property was the perfect fit for departure and return flying. The shuttle service and park and stay lockup for your vehicle was amazing. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were excellent. Dinner the night before in the hotel restaurant was superb. This hotel gets 5 stars from our family!

Last minute stay

Checked in after booking last minute via Hotels.com due to a cancelled flight. I was not asked if I had a car, so I needed to register my car later when I thought to ask. Then I ask for help with my airline meal vouchers and was given the wrong advice. One staff was very helpful in answering my questions but another gave the wrong directions.

The lobby was impressive, the service was good. I liked the online check in process. The room was very average, facing the next door hotel parking lot. The bathroom was dingy- what was once grey grout was black, and the glass doors were scummy at the bottom. Water pressure was terrible. Bed was comfortable. No breakfast included. Airport shuttle was a convenient option but was late on pick up. We felt the price was high for the value- likely wouldn’t stay again.
