The staffs were very accommodating, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is very nice, but the room we stayed in was noisy. I can hear all the noises from outside the room.

This was the best hotel experience I've had. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast in the morning was awesome. The room was spacious, well maintained (other than the bathroom door not locking), very comfortable, nice lighting, surprisingly sound proof, and had really good blackout blinds. I could have lived permanently in that room lol. Walmart, gas, and restaurants are all nearby. The only downside to the location is the parking spaces are tiny and difficult to fit into, but that seems to be all of Kelowna.
