It was really good. The rooms are clean and tidy. I wish less road noise in the room. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Everything was excellent. Also its located in convenient location close to Everything. Will back again.

We were very comfortable at the Park Inn! The facilities were clean and modern. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was a little tight but the cleanliness more than made up for that. My only negative were the size of the room (we had a 2 queen bed room and it was squeaky tight). Note for those not familiar with Kelowna. This location is directly beside a very busy road and you will hear the traffic. For us this wasn't a problem as it was white noise to us but if you have trouble with traffic noise maybe ask for a room on the end of hotel farthest from the road.

New hotel, central location

The rooms were clean and modern, and the front desk staff were nice and helpful. There is quite a bit of road noise as the hotel fronts onto the highway, and the HVAC adds more noise unless you turn it off. The bathroom lights are programmed according to a motion sensor, but the sensor doesn’t extend to the shower. I kept having to stick my hand out of the shower every minute to make the light come back on. I would have appreciated a couple more safe/labelled gluten free options for the breakfast, aside from just fruit and yogurt. The coffee was very bitter. But it’s a convenient, central spot to stop at if you’re popping through Kelowna.

I only checked in the following morning due to multiple delays on my flights. A family member I was sharing with checked in on time. I just know the rooms looked very nice and bed was comfortable for the half hour nap I managed to get.
