Friendly staff and convenient location to restaurants as it is along highway 97. Hotel a bit outdated but service and location outweigh this. Wishing our suite had a microwave but that is minor compared to the overall stay. There is a microwave in the lobby for guest use but a bit inconvenient if you are in the far section of the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, but run down.

The hotels location was convenient for what we needed. Check in and check out went smoothly, the staff were friendly. The room was run-down and dirty. The bathroom lacked an anti-slip mat, and the tub drain plug was broken making it difficult to bath young children. The carpet was dirty and stained , the wall paper and paint was peeling, the room had a faint cigarette smell/odor.

The loft style room was great for our family, very spacious and comfortable. The kids had a great time at the pool!

It was an OK hotel...

Overall it was good a few nights staying there...the hotel decoration is quite old, be prepared for that..the check-in process is kind of slow...we checked in at around 5 pm and we had to wait for 20+ minutes before everything is ready for us.
