We met friends and stayed two nights yo celebrate my husband's birthday. Our stay was during school sports tournaments. I requested the online upgrade from an Atrium queen room to the tower as I figured the pool would be full of kids and the noisy, fun chaos that we are no longer a part of. When we arrived, the front desk upgraded us to a penthouse suite to celebrate. Amazing! The room was lovely. The hotel is going through renos and updating right now so there are parts less lovely. The pool was loaded with kids as anticipated and the hot tub was closed for maintenance so we didn't spend any time in the Atrium. It's a nice area of the hotel. I think once the renos are completed, I would stay again. The price was reasonable to begin with and amazing with the upgrade we received. Staff we dealt with were good humoured, friendly and courteous. Apparently there is a shortage of robes, so we were unable to get a second one. We stayed Sunday night and on Monday the pool must have needed shocking. I was again glad to be in the tower because the chlorine was really strong.

Got to the hotel which I booked throw Expedia and had my confirmation number but they only had the one room for me in the computer so I had to pay extra for the second room, so don’t know who’s fault it was but not great

Clean and quiet room. Staff was friendly and helpful, but only one at the desk and a long line of people checking in. Took awhile to get checked in.

Very very noisy! Screaming teenage girls in the pool all evening. Noisy people in the halls. Man in the next room was yelling out on his balcony for quite awhile. The language was very offensive. Trying to get the teens to quiet down. Note a pleasant experience when I needed sleep to be at the airport for 4 am.

Poor service

When we arrived everything seemed ok. Check in was easy, got to our room we had a corner king suite. Our shower diverter didnt work, the bathroom sink plug was stuck in the stopper position, and our heat didnt work. It took over 45 minutes and after callkng the front desk twice to have someone come to our room. They couldnt fix anything so they moved us rooms. To a middle suite that was half the size, across from the elevator so we heard people coming and going all night long. We were not offered anything for our inconveniences, when i asked for a discount they shrugged and told me their manager would call me... Im still waiting for that call. I wouldnt be staying here again if i have to hunt down this manager...

the hotel is due for a renovation its dark and old our bathroom had hair on the floor and the pool was noisy which is to be expected but better windows would help we would not stay there again

I would not recommend this hotel to a friend or family member. My room was not the cleanest. There was blood on my shower curtain and a dark ring around the grout of the tub. It over looked the pool and the smell of chlorine filled my room.
