They're in the process of updating this hotel, so I've reviewed it based on it's future potential. Our room was already updated and I loved that it overlooked the pool. I also loved the attached 24 hour Denny's. So often when traveling you get to your destination late, and hungry and this was perfect!

First room, sticky carpet, heavy mildew and smoke smell, black mold on all the caulking in the shower and part way up the wall, second room, tub didn’t drain it was like having a shower and bath at the same time, toilet didn’t flush, sink did not drain, black mold on shower although not as much as first room. I honestly have a hard time believing they rent these rooms. Terrible hotel

The pictures you provide on your site of this building is misleading this is the second time I’ve stayed here in the atrium building and the rooms are dirty smell musty are old and outdated. The prices are ridiculous for what it actually is. I won’t be staying here agai.

We were in the atrium wing and the rooms are okay for one night. I found it not quite upto the same standard as the other Sandman inns I have stayed in the past at and enjoyed their facilities. The toilet could do with replacing.

There was alot of maintenance going on . Appeared to be some water damage on one level. Once that is complete it will be quieter and a more pleasant stay. Hot tub was not working. Air Conditioning in room was really loud .

Bathroom issues

I was disappointed. the toiled was outdated and would not flush. Had to get a plunger from the front desk and even then it would not flush properly. Exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. I removed the cover and the fan motor was hot to the touch so I disconnected it to not burn the hotel down. There was a significant amount of mold in the vent so it had obviously not been working for a long time. AC worked well though and the beds were comfortable.

Great location. Close to lots of eateries and easy access from the highway. They are currently doing renovations in the lobby area so it’s noisy and a bit of a mess with construction. The room in the tower is clean, comfy bed and well supplied. Only negative was the homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. As a single female traveller I chose not to use that area to park at night and opted in front of the lobby.
