Within an hr of arriving and using the toilet for the first time it backed up. Called the front desk and was told I could come to the desk and retrieve a plunger and work on the toilet myself. When I politely declined their offer to do their plumbing work the front desk attendant came with a plunger and tried to fix the toilet and was unsuccessful, we had to switch rooms. She was very unclear about where the new room would be, but I believe this to have been a simple language barrier. Once we got into our new room the walls were filthy.. floor was dirty and gritty. The toilet in this room again clogged. It was left to sit for about a half hr and then finally passed. Keep in mind each time it plugged it was from someone urinating and very minimal paper use. Just very inadequate plumbing situation. the included breakfast during our stay was pretty minimal, but Ok for what we needed. The staff a man on the second morning who attended the breakfast area was very inconsiderate and would butt in front of you and cut you off and never say a word. The sound proofing between rooms was poor.. could hear every step the people above us made very early in the morning. There was an AC in the room that was broken so you weren't able to direct where the airflow went leaving it to blow directly onto the first bed in the double bed room. The tiled shower walls where nice but for the previous guests questionable short curly hairs stuck all over it.
We wouldn't stay here again or recommend
