I had a three night stay reserved. I got into town early and called to see about an early check-in, which was available, and I was grateful of that. Upon check in I asked about parking, and was told it was under ground, with access through the back alley. I asked about height as I have a truck, only to find out the height is restricted to 6' (well short of trucks and most SUV's), I was told about the surface lot in the alley shared with the pub, and to park there. After check-in I drove to this lot, to be met with a homeless person trying to open car doors, along with a large billboard on the pub stating the area was under video surveillance and that video camera has been upgraded (which really didn't give me peace of mind). The first night I parked there was fine, but nights 2 and 3 coming back at 9pm there was not a spot left in the lot (lot has about 12 spots), so I had to find a parade which was at an additional cost. As far as the rooms, they we very clean and comfortable, but noise was an issue, you could hear conversations in the hallway, along with the yelling and screaming from the street below. Most notable was the police making an arrest at 3:15am one night. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The overall hotel is good, but the area and lack of parking leaves a lot to be desired.

Great little hotel. Large, spacious rooms. Super close to all sorts of dining and drinks. Park the car and don’t move it until checkout. Theatres, restaurants, and Kelowna’s beautiful waterfront all steps away. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely small hotel one block off the waterfront. The area around the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The duvets and bed linens were cozy and the beds very comfortable! There were many amenities and great restaurants within walking distance. It’s a 15 minute walk to Prospera Centre. We will definitely stay here again!

The included breakfast was alright, but could be better (sausages/bacon). No ice machine after 11pm (it's in the gym, that gets locked at 11). Area is fairly clean, but is down a couple blocks from an addiction treatment center, so be cautious leaving items in your car- some broken glass from a smashed car window

Very high class. Smallish but beautiful rooms. Nice trim and we'll appointed. Excellent water pressure. Super clean. Unique find. Enjoyed the location. Hope to stay there again some day.
