The front desk crew were very great! The bed and pillows were comfy. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I like. There was soap chunks left on the shower nozzle and the little shelf at the end of the shower.

Not a fancy 5 star hotel but excellent. Great location, new amenities, fluffy towels, wonderful staff and I love when hotels provided robes. It’s an older hotel but our room was newly renovated, comfortable bed. The bathroom had a big counter, although the sink was a bit small. Great that there was a microwave in my room. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend.

Nice property near the water and central to the sites. Big rooms. Well appointed. Good parking situation if you can get there early enough. The street on which the hotel is situated is open to walking traffic only making check in a bit more work, but one in, it is great.

I would highly recommended this place. This is our second stay at this unique hotel and we had no regrets. They finished renos and the quality of the rooms were execptional. The free continental breakfast is nice but if you want a better breakfast experience, you can find many options close by. My wife and I look forward to staying again when we visit Kelowna. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were glad we chose Royal Ann Hotel a gem in Kelowna downtown area and near the broad walk by the lake . It is only steps away from many fine local restaurants and stores. All staffs were friendly and professional to their jobs. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was fresh with many healthy food items.
