Very disappointed with the overall service. No check in details example Wi-Fi password, and that we had to use our actual key to get into the door of the hotel. Overall, if this is better communicated, our experience would’ve been much better.

Very enjoyable stay at The Royal. Was nice to have a place to stay that we could walk around the lakeside and downtown district. Suite was large and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and fantastic room on 2nd floor including laundry facilities. Would ask for a higher floor next time. Did have someone in a nearby room smoking (which is not allowed on the property) and reception staff took this onboard to action when we reported this. Would definitely stay here again

Great suites with amazing location and views.

Room was amazing, staff was great, beautiful pool and hot tub area that my kids loved. We travelled with a 1 year old and a 6 year old. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Great location and very secured building and parking. Loved the room had a full size fridge and kitchen, made catering to the kids super simple.

The suites are spacious & family friendly. We were too busy to check out the rooftop pool although I think we would have enjoyed it. 10/10 would come back for another weekend!
