Property is clean and close to everything that I need

The property was centrally located, close to the market, TH, Dollarama, lots of bakeries, shops and eateries. The metro and buses were close by. Next time we would not rent a car.

Location of the hotel is very good, close to a metro station and The Old City. But the immediate few blocks when you walk out the door are short of inspiring.

Everything was exactly as described and the space felt bigger than in the pictures. The location is excellent. Highly recommend this stay if you like what you see in the pictures and are looking for a place in the area!

The statement that there is a 24/7 front desk was misleading in my particular experience. I arrived to the lobby via general code provided only to find another frustrated guest that had been attempting to contact(two phone numbers, app messaging and whatsapp) for an hour without success. I started my own and eventually got a response (my room number and access code) 35 minutes later. Setting the false expectation of a manned front desk can only lead to problems and unmet expectations and disappointment… all in all a recipe for poor customer satisfaction…. My 2 star rating stands

Thank you Hotel zero for making our stay a home away from home . We enjoyed our stay from a clean room ,friendly staff that were accommodating to our needs . The breakfast was a bonus . It was wonderful to stay where a lot of places were walking distances. We will definitely be back !
