Stay away from this place and save your money. This hotel may be was something grand when it was build in the 90s, now its a complete joke, worn out, falling apart and poorly maintained. The facade is peeling everywhere, balconies, walls. Everything is old and worn out and beat up, The climate controls on the wall in the rooms is archaic. The tvs are an absolute joke, 25 inch some cheap trash Chinese brand ,there is no cable, not a single watchable channel. When me and my girlfriend arrived, we were given the wrong room, even though i made my reservation 4 weeks in advance. I paid for supposedly a lot nicer room with sea view on the second floor, and what i got was room with outside walls view on the first floor. There is no AC anywhere in the hotel except the rooms. You walk in to the reception, open walls concept, you are waiting there to be accommodated , sticky with sweat. The breakfast area is again in open area, you sit trying to eat your food in unbearable heat. The gym is laughable, 2 of the 4 treadmills dont work, the AC at the gym which is some junk from the 90s also doesn't work. Both saunas have plagues NAILED down " Out of service" , probably the last time they worked was when the hotel was just opened. The staff barely can construct 2 sentences in English. They charge you for laundry PET item, not weight , so have fun paying 90 $ for laundry for less than 5 kg of clothes. Literally every other hotel in Phuket is a better option

Our stay at TreeHouse Villas in Koh Yao Noi was truly the best experience—like something out of a dream. Choosing this place was, without a doubt, the best decision we made. Everything about it is simply breathtaking: the beauty of the surroundings, the exceptional attention to detail, and the thoughtful amenities in the villa. Our private pool with those stunning views made every moment feel magical. We also had an amazing dining experience at the Italian restaurant—the dinner was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was equally impressive, with great variety and high-quality options. The views from the pool and throughout the property are just невероятные, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and disconnect. The included activities are a wonderful bonus, adding even more value to the stay. Honestly, our only regret is staying for just one day. This place has left such a mark on us that we’ve already made it a promise to come back again and again. It’s a stay we will never forget.

Unfortunately the villa had no power the first day of arrival, due to this nonair conditioning, no pool (as it wasn't cleaned). As well for any future visitors it's still a bit of a building site around the area.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Arinara Beach Resort in Phuket. The location was perfect for me, as it is only a one-minute walk from Bangtao MMA & Muay Thai, where I was training. My room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the gym was basic but serviceable. The staff were also pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. The only drawback was that the hallways can be quite echoey, so noise and commotion from other guests were easily heard from the room. This did not outweigh the overall positives, however. I would definitely book Arinara Beach Resort again the next time I train at Bangtao.
