We had a lovely stay at Nirvana. Our room was beautiful and spacious, overlooking the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool is lovely and the swim up bar was great fun. There are paddleboards available for free use throughout the day. We organised a snorkelling trip and airport transfer through the hotel and they were very helpful with organising these. We also rented a scooter from the hotel which was a great way to see the island. Breakfast was tasty and in a beautiful setting overlooking the beach. The location of the hotel is good, you can walk or take a short scooter/taxi ride to a range of restaurants and other beaches. The beach at the hotel is stunning and quiet. Our negatives were - we had dinner at the hotel one evening and although friendly, the service was extremely slow and we ended up leaving before dessert as we'd been waiitng so long. The food itself was lovely. The jacuzzi bath on the balcony of the room took a long time to fill. Bear this in mind if you opt for this room, you'll need to wait a while before each use. The shower was a bit dated with poor water pressure. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future

The entire property feels modern, stylish, and beautifully maintained. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The rooftop pool was an absolute highlight—the stunning views, beautiful setting, and relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind. The location is another major plus. The hotel is just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and access to take the speedboat to the other islands, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling like a relaxing escape. We would absolutely stay at BlueSotel Smart again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a stylish and memorable stay in Ao Nang, Krabi.
