Perfect for solo traveler, it's easy to manage around, no fancy stuff, but that exactly what i want, side by side with the big shopping center, you can easy to shop, and the cheap food court good for the budget traveler, only thing is the room's window cannot open, not safe anyway, for people need fresh air and hate air conditioning maybe a problem

Really good location with the mall entry right next door and plenty of food options on the street. Beach is barely a minute walk. Room had barely any lighting which was a pain and no window for fresh air but other than that it was clean and comfy for spmewhere to sleep.

The staff were amazing throughout our stay. The room was very clean and the location was fantastic as you’re close to everything. The room could be slightly bigger but that’s just me being picky and kind of my bad as I should have upgraded but I was on a tight budget.

I would have love to give a higher rating, unfortutanely, we had a terrible experience with the hotel staff for the tours/activities. We were scammed for an activity we booked at the kiosque directly in the hotel lobby and they didn’t want to compensate us for this. (Wrong info, overpriced)

The only unbeareable thing i did not like about the property was that it was set behind a mall. It made for alot of walking and between figuring out how to get between two buildings of the property then navigate around a mall. It made coming and going to my room a bit challenging. It does have elevators but navigating around the property will not be easy for elderly or those with disabilities
