The rooms in this hotel are very very good well designed and big modern and clean. This hotel mainly caters for families so if your wanting an adult only and quiet hotel during the day around pool areas its not for you. But the beach area part of the hotel was great with no families. So all in all we were very impressed with this hotel.

Great value for money - family hotel

Great family hotel at a perfect location next to the beach walk and fisherman market. Great family hotel which is a must if you are traveling with small children to Koh Samui to at least stay 3-4 nights here. Great value for money and you get what you expect. The only comment we have is that the pool is not heated, but it seems like it is common in Koh Samui that no pools are heated at all.

Not suites for families with older children

Booked at last minute after Vrbo rental property scam exposed and resulting cancelation; limited hotel options. Hotel understated the ‘family friendly’ aspect which in reality means the place is overrun with families taking advantage of free kids places; not ideal for families with young adults

the children swimming pool was closed, so all the kids were in the adults pool. for the guest with kids , they offered a compensation, but for us , we got nothing, while we could not enjoy the pool. Very standard 4 star hotel, nothing outstanding, location is the very good tho. at fishman village center. the night market is just next door.

We had the pool access room but it’s not worth it, it’s not really connected to the pool like in other hotels. Also there is no easy access for all places with baby strollers.

Great value for what it offers

It was very good for value. Great location 10 min walk away from the Fisherman Pier. The rooms were clean and modern, did not look tired. There is another luxe hotel right next door where I stayed last time, but the Holiday Inn although had less niceties on the property, provided the same service and functionality. I was a solo traveller on "business" but it seems the hotel caters to young families with young children / toddlers.
