We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well.

Staff was excellent, room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately hot tub was not working outside.

If booking with Expedia, read your emails, it will definitely help the check in process. No staff or front desk. Once I read email, everything was perfect. Great spot, I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here in the one bedroom with loft. The rooms are comfortable and the view from our balcony was great! Our mattress was rather soft for our liking but that is our only minor complaint. The pool and hot tubs are fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located on the main street that runs through downtown and within easy walking distance for coffee, and a brewery. Traffic in front of the hotel can be busy and noisy, and there is limited parking beside and in front of the hotel. There's a well-equipped gym - squat racks, cardio and strength machines. The pillows could be fluffier, and the bed was too firm for me. Othewise, a good value for one night.

A nice clean room in a quiet area of Fernie. The room is very big. Amenities are somewhat limited but if you’re looking for a clean quiet comfortable room this is a good one. Rooms are not cleaned daily.
