We stayed at another hotel in the other side of park. They had an onsen, but I liked this hotel better!!! The people were super super nice. From the doorman, to front desk crew, to concierge. Really nice spacious and clean hotel room. Soundproofing is needed on the windows, and blinds or curtains to block out the sunlight coming in. Good selection of breakfast buffet options.

The breakfast was amazing and the kitchen staff went the extra step and made ochasuke (tea and rice soup that this Japanese American guest loved and reminded her of the food her grandmother made) The kitchen staff was the best! Ichiban!!! :)

The location is perfect, I had an excellent stay! The hotel is modern and close to everything. I was able to visit many places just by walking and the rest was by bus. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby and many shops.

Great location, clean, and comfortable. I would like to see phone charges on both sides of the bed. Price is a little high for the location but still competitive. This was our second time starting here and it does not disappoint.
