La Condamine-Chatelard Vacation Packages

Great Location. Beautiful view of the harbor.

Exceptional hotel, fantastic staff, great location and breathtaking views.

Always great for what it is. Very quiet for its central location. Staff very helpful and 24/7

Our stay at Hôtel Aston La Scala was extremely disappointing, particularly for a property advertised as a four-star hotel. While the location is excellent, the condition of the accommodations and the level of customer service fell significantly below expectations. We experienced several unacceptable issues, including furniture falling apart , poor bathtub drainage, outdated décor, and extremely offensive odors in multiple rooms. Equally disappointing was the initial response from the front desk. An employee named Nicolas was dismissive when we raised our concerns regarding the room being outdated and not as advertised. Even though I was allowed to change rooms the following day and the manager was apologetic, our stay was less than pleasant. My daughter's original room, located on the second floor, had a strong sewer odor. After reporting the problem, she was relocated to the sixth floor, only to encounter the same disturbing smell. The room smelled as though something had died inside the ventilation system. The odor was absolutely nauseating and she was told it was due to the rain. She was forced to sleep with the windows open throughout the night just to make the room tolerable for 6 nights. This meant exposing herself to the damp, chilly nighttime air rather than enjoying the comfort of a properly maintained hotel room. We ended our vacation exhausted and feeling like we needed a vacation. I would not recommend this property. Alex the bellman was great though.

This is hotel is fabulous! The view from our room as well as from the rooftop bar area was spectacular! Breakfast was great! And the beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good location, large clean rooms and staff were super friendly and helpful. Plus free pastries every morning was a lovely touch
