Nice and clean

Great location to be. Very close even for walking to destinations if you'd like. The Royal Palace is within walking distance. The Templo de Debod is nearby too. You should check it out for the sunset on your first nights stay. Otherwise, the breakfast in the morning was great. The service staff were very kind and helpful for recommendations of places to eat. The room was spacious, bathroom had a tub with shampoo, body wash, soap and such. Blacked out curtains. I would stay here again if I'm back in Madrid!

Excellent location in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and other shops. Host was kind, helpful and responsive. There is a pool and a gym in the properties that we did not get to use as we did not know how to access them — although was not a priority anyway but it would have been nice to have it described it on the general instructions provided. There are two thermostats that made it a bit confusing to use (maybe remove the old one?) and the bathroom exhaust fan was not working although not a big issue. Nice stay all in all.

One of the most welcoming and accommodating hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect and the hotel is beautiful. Definitely coming back!

Spatious, modern and elegant with an excellent location.

Okay hotel for a night or two, location very good for central Madrid, but the street itself is very noisy until 3am. We could hear everything in our room on the 4th floor. Also taxi’s can not get to the hotel, so you have to go a couple of streets away.
