The elevator didn't work which was difficult for me and my group to get our suitcases to our rooms, second of all, the breakfast was poor, we were charged an extra amount for a coffee and toast with butter and tomato sauce, this is not breakfast, its a snack. Beside that all was OK.

One of our favorite hotels. Super clean, quiet, friendly staff and great location. It’s always good to be back.

Always great

This was a tidy, efficient hotel in the modern European model. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town and an easy stroll to major landmarks and great food and drink options. For those unused to small European streets, getting in and out in a car will be a bit of an adventure but the parking garage worked well. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was a great deal. We loved having this as our home base for our Spanish visit.

We were delighted by this hotel located in a narrow street, off the promenade and a short walk to the stunning Basilica, for its cleanliness, and friendly, helpful staff who provided extra pillows and towels quickly upon request. The hotel was thoughtful enough to leave a pair of eclipse glasses in each room, no small favor as the line for glasses at the tourist center was an hour long in the sun! The rooms are favorably austere - no decorations or gadgets which focuses the mind on your purpose there: touring the city, reading about history back in your room, and, for us, viewing the eclipse. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, great AC (it reached 105 F outside), great water pressure in the shower. An option of a full breakfast is found downstairs. Suited us perfectly. It was a wonderful stay.

Big space in the suite. Terrace was nice, but furniture needs upgrade.
