La Llosa Vacation Packages

Great service, extremely clean and wonderful breakfast. Hotel is not located city center but it is very close to metro. Parking availability was also good.

Clean and good location. Lifts didn’t work very well and one member of staff at breakfast was a bit rude but reception staff were great.

The apartment is in a great location.

The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable

Check-in was very easy and staff were very nice. Hotel was well-located and an easy walk into the city centre and from the metro lines. Room was clean and bathroom was nice too. Would recommend to anyone for a stay in Valencia!

Staff, especially William, were extremely nice and friendly however management could not be bothered when we had concerns with the sewage smell in our room. We were up until 5 a.m. one morning gagging due to the horrible sewer smell coming into our room. All management and staff could offer that evening/morning was spraying strong chemicals into the room to mask the smell that further made my mom sick. The smell was throughout the property and not isolated and got worse when turning on the air conditioning. Hotel management said they can’t do much about it as all of Valencia smells this way, however when walking around Valencia it was only around this hotel that there was this strong specific sewer smell. They offered to move us the next night however we had already had to move rooms once and with our travel itinerary we would not have time to move again. The manager said they would contact me via email however two days later I am still waiting…
