This property is very unclean, we usually dont compain but this property should not even be on expedia . The doors do not have proper locks, the small fridge had half drank drinks from previous guests, the pillow cases were soiled, we found blood and hair on the walls, there was mould on the ceiling and the shower was very very unclean. The room rate is triple what it should be and the street noise at night is deafening especially since the windows are paper thin. Not a good place for family at all

The first room we got had very little air conditioning and the room smelled musty. The water from the shower was leaking out from the railing of the shower door. They changed our room and the second room was clean but the property needs to be upgraded. The staff was very helpful. The beach view was very nice and so was the pool.

Well the only thing l like about the property was the people. Most were very friendly. The hotel itself was terrible. It can use a makeover starting from the entrance, the lobby, and the rooms. In all my travels, l have never stayed in such a run down place. My luck, l had a first room with mildew all over the walls. The floor tiles were broken. The shower had mildew. The toilet seat looked like something that was there since the hotel opened up. Something you would find in a gas station toilet. The towels were dingy from white to gray. The bed linens were just as bad. They switched us room, it was slightly better, but l could not wait for the vacation to be over to go sleep in my comfortable bed. The ones at the hotel need to be thrown out. My fiancé used the toilet, l had an emergency and was rushing him to come out. I could not hold it anymore. We both ate something that messed up our stomachs. When he went to flush the toilet, there was no water. So l had to defecate on top of his because tge water was coming in too slowly to fill up the tank. Need l say more, the shower in the first room only had four holes functioning from the shower head. The same in my cousin’s bathroom too. Mosquitoes were killed on the walls, the chambermaid never wiped them down. If you missed dinner, you will not get a snack until 11:00 pm. I have never stayed in a resort where food was not available 24/7. Incredible!
