I had such a wonderful stay! Perfect location in my favorite neighborhood and easily walkable with close connections to metro. The staff were warm and helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean. I will definitely be back again.

L’insonorisation de la chambre est vraiment vraiment déficiente. On entend les gens se moucher dans la chambre d’à côté. Les portes claquent et ça nous réveille. On m’a donné une chambre au 1er étage; on entend parler les passants sur la rue malgré les fenêtres fermées. Les fenêtres sont de mauvaise qualité. J’ai dormi avec des bouchons. Lit confortable. Le lit king est 2 lits simples collés. Belle douche. Bon séchoir à cheveux. Très propre. Localisation idéale.

This hotel is very money hungry I booked with option to pay upon arrival and they didn’t honor it they attempted to charge my card on file unsuccessfully because my card didn’t have enough credit causing many multiple declines with my bank and embarrassment for three straight weeks before my check in date even came, not good business. Then when I checked in and confronted the receptionist on the pay later at property policy with I had made the reservation for , she gave me attitude questioning me why I hadn’t given a good card for them to charge the total amount.

Wonderful location, spacious apartment and having in-suite washer and dryer is a bonus. The staff are excellent and communication was always prompt. Will definitely stay again.
