Fantastic room and good staff

This property was perfectly located for our visit. We enjoyed the street view from the patio on the rooftop. Very nice vibes!!

The hotel cancelled my reservation after my flight got delayed. Neither Expedia nor the hotel informed me or event attempted to get ahold of me; I had to make multiple calls to even try to get someone to help me. Still trying to workout how and if I am getting my money back

You’re in the centre of Madrid here and consequently you could payback lot of money. This hotel however was excellent value for money. The room was small, very small with not much room either side of the bed, however the bed was comfy, the bathroom clean and modern and as most of the rooms don’t look out into the street pretty quiet. Great value for money and excellent for single travellers.

Excellent staff hospitality. Quality food, and clean room.

The staff was very helpful. They helped with directions with metro and bus transportation. Always cordial and friendly. I liked that there were at 3 metro stations close to the hotel also numerous bus stops.
