AVOID this hotel, Staff not helpful with concerns, bushed us off. Upon check in front desk area was unwelcoming, dirty walls, doors. Our 1st room, air conditioner broken, 27 in room, 30 outside, pillows and comforters were yellow, bathroom walls dirty and banged up, go to tell the front desk, offered a second room, same thing yellow stained pillows and comforters, bathroom shower faucet upside down, couch was gross, dirty and had a greasy hand print on it, Carpet was also dirty, went to tell the front desk, they came into the room, and said we will talk to house keeping?. DID NOT stay there, Manager of this hotel, DOES NOT provide any customer service, just avoids. Just AVOID this hotel and the head ache it causes. I choose this hotel, because of the rating and reviews, not the reality. Expedia did help us out in the end, only good thing to come out of this.

DONT STAY HERE... SANDMAN IS TYPICALLY CLEAN AND LOW COST. THIS PLACE IS FALLING APART AND THE STAFF ARE SUPER RUDE. TO THE POINT OF FANS RUNNING IN THE HALLWAYS TO KEEP THE HEAT DOWN AND WALKING UP ON SEVERAL EMPLOYEES YELLING AT EACHOTHER DURING OUR STAY. FROM THE TAPE HOLDING THE COUNTER TOGETHER TO THE NO AC/YELLING OF STAFF.... WE WERE THOROUGHLY DISSAPPOINTED.

Pool and fitness center were nice

Well maintained with all conveniences nearby.

Huge room, had a nice kitchen. Comfortable beds, good AC. Clean. Limited breakfast options but still a nice to have.
