La cola en los elevadores es ridícula. El sistema de asignación de elevador no funciona porque llegan llenos (el sistema asigna elevadores que ya van llenos)
No tienen suficiente espacio en los salones de desayuno para la capacidad de huéspedes había cola de espera (ridículo).
Muy incómodo.

This is a bait and switch. They claim this is for musicians and the room is sound proof. Don’t believe them. I am a music producer and left within one hour of my stay. They assured me they would refund me the next day and they didn’t. Stay away from here. They are liars too.

Fantastic for our family! The only downside (not related to the hotel) was that the nearby outside elevators were broken - made for a lot of stair climbing with a stroller.
