I really couldn't use the jacuzzi to relax and because there was no hot water. I didn't realize it until the night time when it was too late to get maintenance to do something about it.

Hotel is brand new and it is all working well. I cannot complain about anything. In terms of location, it is a bit far from everything. Other than that a great value for your stay

No podemos opinar porque nos robaron. Hicimos una reserva a través de expidia y el hotel vendió nuestras habitaciones y cuando llegamos a las 11pm nos dijo que. O existía tal reserva y nos dejó durmiendo en la calle. Por más que le mostramos nuestras reservas nos dejaron sin nuestra habitaciones. Y lo peor es que ustedes, expidia, como empresa intermediaria nunca nos colaboraron en nada. De nada sirve expidia porque no garantiza nada y la plata me la robaron.
