Stayed for two nights with 3 kids- 11, 3 and 1 plus the family dog. The room was great. Clean and well appointed. The breakfast was below average. But we were able to find something to eat. The staff were all friendly except for one girl at the front desk who visibly did not enjoy her job and did not want to be there. Overall I would stay here again.

No compensation for atrocious condition of first room. Had to change room because the smell was SO bad. The fridge looked like someone attacked it! Second room not much better. Subfloor around tub exposed, dirty floors, and I woke up with small bits of garbage and what looked like bugs all over my bed. When I explained these to staff I was told they couldn’t do anything because we already paid through Expedia!

Room was clean but the washroom floor were hair from the previous stays. The floor had damages and the crimson the room and hallways was coming off. Also there was a lot of noise from the highway

Very clean, beautiful and nice rooms. The view was amazing outside. Staff is very kind and sweet. My most favourite thing was breakfast. It was super yummy… I enjoyed berries muffin for two days as it was incredible. Will look forward to stay there in future as well. Thanks for great service.

We only slept and showered there, and those two things were clean and fairly good. Not all of the rooms are like ours was, but ours had water coming up through the flooring in the main area. It smelled bad - a bit like smoke, curry and mold. Some Lights burnt out, kitchenette sink only ran hot water, light switches for bathroom were half way across the room, baseboards were molding in the bathroom, killed two bugs and a spider (no bed bugs). I should have asked for a refund. Will not be recommending.

1.First there are dishes but no rag or dish towel 2. There was nothing to put your suitcase on no stand also 1 chair so if you wanted to eat at the same time like we did one sat on the bed and the other on the chair . We got some take out for our dinner, & had to eat on the bed. 3. On the morning of our check out we stepped in water on the floor.It came from under the kitchen sink area and come up through the floor joints . They must have had problems before you could see water marks along the baseboards .We only used kitchen sink once to wash one of the big plates to put some fruit on it. Our kitchen are was different than the picture you are showing the fridge was very small. Very disappointing in the Super 8 after paying over $570 , for 2 nights will not be stay at any of them again
