Lake Windermere Area Vacation Packages

Rooms were clean, gym is lackluster — treadmill was broken as was very limited equipment. Breakfast had a small selection but was very tasty. Pool was nice and clean, but again, very small. Not a lot of walking access to amenities.

Lovely hotel, although still completing renovations. Rooms were beautiful and spacious and newly renovated. Food options were limited- bar only had very few choices and not many children friendly and the main restaurant was very too sophisticated for children.

We checked into the hotel. Where I have booked 2 queen and 1 pull out. There was already some person in it when I opened the door. Went and told front desk and switched us rooms instead. They gave us a "family room" which consisted of 1 king and 2 single beds. They gave me a single foldable cushion. Although front desk said they upgraded my room which was definitely not an upgrade. Space was too small. One of my grandchildren slept on the floor...which was definitely "NOT ok" Very disappointed 😞

I'm booked July 23 for 1 night for 3 people. I'm expecting that the pull out bed was already ready with bed cover, pillows and comforter. but it was not. I came down to asked the front desk, then nothing happen, then after 25 mins. I went down again for the second time. We waited for more than half an hour before the guy came.. I paid for $755.21 for this room and we are not happy with the service. even the washroom the lock was broken. I don't want to recommend this place to my family and friends.
