It was under construction to be fair, location is great though, staff was welcoming and very helpful.

The hotel itself was very pretty unfortunately there was not much in the area to walk around, so getting a car is quite important in my opinion

This hotel is a true gem in Avignon. I stayed for one night and wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the property. My room was comfortable with a great AC, a little balcony, and stocked with an array of high end bath products. The central garden was a beautiful spot to rest after a day of walking around. The star of the hotel, though, is the gentleman who oversees the property. He was incredibly kind and helpful, going out of his way to give recommendations, make reservations, and ensure the guests felt well taken care of. I will return on my next visit to Avignon.

Väldigt bra hotell nära stationen. Inte heller långt att gå in till alla sevärdheter i Avignon. Mysigt med poolen på taket. Det var varmt ute, men rummen hade AC. Stora, fina och charmiga rum.

Very clean renovated hotel , 7 min by car to the center, very good breakfast, nice pool. Would stay here again

The service, the rooms, the food, the pool amenities and the restaurants were absolutely superb! I can’t wait to go back!

The property was charming, comfortable and very clean. The location was great for walking but terrible for driving. The valet service was inadequate and the directions were terrible. There were also some quirky things about our room, dark steps to the bathroom and the AC doesn’t go above 75 degrees no matter the setting you choose. Our room had a coffee station but no milk and only demitasse cups. Overall the staff was nice but inexperienced for a luxury hotel.
