The hotel was a little noisy due to its proximity to the motorway and its location in an industrial area, with not much to do nearby. We stayed for two nights with family. The staff were very accommodating and kindly moved us to a quieter room at the front of the hotel for our second night, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Amazing staff and great location!

Everything was perfect,

Mould in shower. Holes in curtains . Floor dirty in bathroom & main bedroom. Bed had a pubic hair in it not ours. Lifts didn’t show what floor you were on . Carpets had large stains all over it . Safe not working had engineer to look at it supposedly fixed but still didn’t work . Door key didn’t work after 1 day had engineer to fix it . On Monday the bar & restaurant were closed there are no restaurants near by so proofed a problem. So all in all a disaster stay !!! Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Clean and well equipped

The parking is secure and behind a security gate. We arrived late at night but we're still offered a welcome drink. There was a small issue with the hot water in the morning. The staff were very generous and extended checkout and breakfast so we could wait to have a shower. A simple gesture but very much appreciated. The rooms are economy so don't expect much but we were surprised at the quality and also the convenience. And the extra attention by the staff. Definitely a place to return to soon. We were attending Paul Ricard Racing Track which is 25 mins away but the convenience is proximity to the motorway. Ask the staff for driving routes. The area is worth exploring
