Clean room, the location was easy to get around, friendly staff

Absolutely wonderful hotel, very well placed for travelling round the city. Great staff and lovely breakfast options. I had one of the suites with the living room/diner. It was an excellent space. Lovely comfy beds Not suitable for people with mobility problems as there is no lift and it's four flights of stairs to breakfast. Beds also very high.

Very clean and quiet place, pleasant breakfasts and within walking distance to the beautiful park Bosque de Tlalpan, and very close to the Perisur shopping center and other interesting places. The staff is great and very helpful. Very enjoyable stay.

Nice place,. except that the mattress and pillows need to be updated. Room was clean, but small. Somehow quiet.

The breakfast on the upstairs terrace was very good, with enough choices to keep it interesting during our 8 day stay.

The location was great albeit for some street noise and late night partying (not at hotel property). Buffett pictured is far from reality. The bathroom had a foul odor. No caddy for luggage was available. No microwave. One electric outlet in the whole room. Closet design did not allow for clothes to drape down. Limited space. Door slams into furniture as you enter. One window had no drapes. We booked a separate hotel but had to remain there due to an injury. Maybe it will improve.
