Das Pytloun Flat Hotel war unser Übernachtungsquartier in Liberec. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb der Stadt, eher ruhig. Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße oder im Hof. Es gibt keine klassische Rezeption. Man klingelt, wird mit dem Mutterhotel verbunden und erledigt den Check-in am Automaten. Dort erstellt man auch die Zimmerkarte selbst. Das hat bei uns gut funktioniert, wirkt aber etwas unpersönlicher. Unser Zimmer lag im dritten Obergeschoss. Einen Aufzug gibt es nicht – mit Gepäck sollte man das wissen. Glorya, unsere kleine Reisegiraffe, fand die Treppen „sportlich“, saß dabei aber bequem in der Gürteltasche. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet: Bett, Tisch, Küchenzeile, Bad und Balkon. Der Blick ging angenehm ins Grüne. Nach den heißen Tagen war es zunächst recht warm, mit offenen Fenstern ging es aber gut. Das WLAN war stabil und schnell. Das Bad hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Dusche. Praktisch war auch die Waschmaschine. Kurios waren die Pflegeartikel: mehrere Fläschchen Conditioner, aber kein Duschgel oder Shampoo. Mit eigenen Sachen war das kein Problem, aber es fiel auf. Check-out per Automat oder App funktionierte unkompliziert. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt: modern, praktisch und für ein paar Tage in Liberec gut geeignet.

Zeer ruim appartement, wandeling naar stad 15 minuten op een heuvel appartement op 4de verdieping zonder lift, gevaarlijk voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Douche onhandig voor volwassen persoon zonder afscherming. Extra waarborg aangerekend bij inchecken via computer geen personeel ter plaatste aanwezig en de nodige inchekcode dan nog bovendien niet vooraf doorgestuurd. Echt niet klantvriendelijk.

Aufenthalt in Gänze war sehr gut, nur der Check-In war gruselig. Bitte wieder Personal einstellen und gelegentlich die Terminals kontrollieren, damit keine dummen Jugendlichen Subway Surfers auf der Rezeption spielen

V hotelu není recepce a druhý hotel, kde jsou klíče od pokoje k vyzvednutí není zrovna blízko - v adrese nebyl uveden telefonický kontakt na recepci hotelu, nýbrž na hotels.com - navíc recepční nebyly příliš přátelské ... nicméně jsem byla později kontaktována manažerkou hotelu a bylo přislíbeno, že se situace zlepší. Budu v to věřit a ... někdy třeba vyzkouším ...

Cena bez uklidu, ale v klidu

Super zarizene v klidne lokalite. Jen klic se musi vyzvednout na recepci jineho hotelu nekolik stovek metru vzdalenem a v cene nebyl zapocitan konecny uklid.
