Don’t stay here - ever

We arrived late at night only to find two terribly busy front desk employees busy training each other and ignoring us at check in. I was charged an extra $150 at check-in with no explanation other than I booked via Expedia and it’s an Expedia policy to always charge an extra $150 deposit. This is a blatant lie. I asked for a receipt and they said I couldn’t have one. These are hotel basics. The shuttle only runs every thirty minutes from the domestic terminal, which is not helpful if you’re coming from an international flight. Worst hotel staff experience in a looooong time.

Great Hotel Choice

This is a terrific place!!! Pick up at the airport was wonderful. Melissa checked us into a room even though we arrived 2 hours early. She was so accommodating. We surely appreciated it. We had stored our luggage for 4 days and the porter brought it to our room within minutes of our arrival. We cleaned up and went down for lunch. Jose was there taking care of us in the restaurant. He also remembered our names from our stay 4 days prior. Breakfast was delicious and again José was there.

A Perfect Location

Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. There was a free shuttle from the airport. Check in was easy. The hotel found us a room even though we were an hour early so we could check in before our tour started the day we arrived. The porters were very helpful. The restaurant workers called us by name and catered to our needs at breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle took us back to the airport.
