Cute spot. Great restaurant on the 21st floor with live music in the evening. Buffet breakfast great as well. Airport shuttle option is a nice perk. Safe way to and from airport.

The property was in a great location, food was excellent, very clean, staff was excellent. View was great. Room was great. Would definitely recommend and if we ever go back to Lima would stay there again. No complaints. Five Star plus for us.

I don't like when you make a reservation with Expedia and they do not honor the deal at hand. (Like) You get a 20% discount one time deal off food but not alcohol. The Reception Manager Kenny Gonzales would not honor and was rude for me asking him his name. I told him i just wanted to know who i was talking to. I've stayed in this Hotel many times. In the pass they give you the discount at checkout. Both Receptions person did not know what they were doing. I believe that is the reason why they would not Honor the Deal.

The issue there is the noise. They should have the anti impact windows that prevent the noise to disrupt your sleep. The restaurant had only one person to attend the tables. The WiFi was weak.

Front desk was not appreciative of our business, made us wait at 2:57 to check in until 3:15. When our door lock was broken we had to go down stairs 3 times before they sent someone and made us wait for an hour without offering a place to sit or refreshments. We weren’t told about boxed breakfast until we were checking out and never walked through the amenities. Room was clean and decent size. Breakfast was a good buffet and the area is decent.
